Shipping and Production

All our costumes are made-to-order, ensuring optimal quality and design diversity. Please allow 5-12 days for production and an additional 2-3 weeks for delivery. For any delays, contact us at cosplayfeeling@outlook.com.

Carrier Information

Our primary carrier is CNE Express. Orders are dispatched promptly with tracking links provided upon shipment confirmation.

Customs and Duties

We are not responsible for customs fees incurred upon arrival. By purchasing, you agree to pay any applicable customs fees.

Shipping Fees

The shipping fee is charged at a fixed rate of $25.

Estimated Delivery

Your order will be shipped from our factory warehouse in China.

Shipping and Handling

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Please be aware that your order will undergo processing for production, packaging, and dispatch to the address you have provided us with. We commit to the following delivery times:

• • Custom costumes, depending on complexity, have a processing time of 5-12 days.

• • Made-to-measure custom orders require pattern making, sampling, and customer confirmation of the sample before production, with a processing cycle of 14-40 days.

• • For expedited orders, please contact us via email.

VAT and Duties

For international shipments from the USA, all taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Depending on your country/region, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on your country’s customs policies.

_As of July 1, 2021, the European Union (EU) will abolish the VAT exemption for low-value imported goods (i.e., all goods valued at up to 22 euros). Consequently, all commercial imports into the EU will be subject to VAT and require formal customs declaration. Thus, if your delivery address is in the EU, please note:

1. 1. VAT for shipments to EU countries will be collected in advance.

1. The declared value is usually significantly lower than the actual purchase price to minimize VAT. If customs clearance is requested and a purchase invoice is required (a rare occurrence), please contact us in advance.
